According to Media Reports of TOI (Times of India) India’s Largest Electric Car Manufacturer Company “Tata Motors” is all set to launch India’s Most Affordable Electric SUV in the Indian Market. According to the Reports, Tata Motors will launch its most anticipated Tata Punch EV in the last week of January. Till Now The official launch date of Tata Punch EV has not been confirmed.

Positioning itself as the most affordable fully electric sports utility vehicle (SUV) in the country, the Tata Punch EV will go head-to-head with the popular Citroen eC3. This French-made electric vehicle has garnered attention for its stylish design and performance. However, the Punch EV is determined to steal the spotlight with its competitive pricing, providing a value-for-money proposition to Indian consumers.

  • The Citroen eC3 is priced between Rs 11.61 lakh and Rs 12.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
  • The exact pricing for the Tata Punch EV is yet to be confirmed, keeping the anticipation levels high among enthusiasts.

While specific details about the Tata Punch EV’s specifications are currently under wraps, experts believe that it will feature a slightly larger battery pack compared to Tata Motors’ existing EV models, the Tiago EV and Tigor EV. According to media reports, Tata Motors is planning to set up EV retail showrooms under its new brand identity, Tata.ev. The company introduced its new brand identity for EVs last month.

In 2021, Tata Motors said the company aims to have a portfolio of ten EVs by 2025.
